Morgan Wallen pleaded guilty in a Nashville courtroom on December 12 to two counts of reckless endangerment tied to his throwing a chair off the rooftop of Eric Church’s bar earlier this year.
WTVF-TV reports that Wallen pleaded “conditionally guilty” after appearing in court. He was originally charged with three counts of disorderly conduct the night he was arrested. The officers who were in the vicinity of the chair that Wallen threw told the court that they agreed with the terms of Wallen’s plea deal.
Wallen was sentenced to seven days in a Tennessee DUI Education Center, $350 in court fees, and 2 years of probation with the remainder of his 11-month 29-day sentence suspended.
