Official Contest Rules for Radio FM Media

1. Station reserves the right to modify the details of the contest at any time.

2. Each contestant will be required to sign a release form before his or her prize will be awarded. Contestants will be responsible for all applicable title fees, registration fees, and taxes including state, local and federal, and therefore must present a valid Social Security Card before claiming prize.

3. This game is open to persons at least 21 years of age who are legal residents of the United States of America. Only one qualifier per household. Employees of station/company, other related sponsors and all employees of any radio or TV station in the broadcast market and their immediate families cannot participate and are not eligible to win. The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.

4. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win the contest.

5. As prizewinners, contestants acknowledge that the station has the right to, without further authorization, publicize contestant’s name, character likeness, photograph, voice, and the fact that contestant was a prizewinner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.

6. There will be no substitution of prizes. Failure to collect prize within 30 days constitutes forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited, the prize remains the property of the station. Another winner will not be selected.

7. The decision of station management in the interpretation of these rules is final. By participating, persons agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges and the official rules. Decision of the judges is final.

8. If the winner is found in violation of these rules, he/she may be required to forfeit his/her prize.

9. Individuals participating in this contest promoted on or entered thru any station Facebook page release Facebook of any liability or further claims. Participants also acknowledge that this contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Information collected by the station for entry into this contest is not provided to Facebook.

10. Station is not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize.

Showplace Cabinetry Design Center Scariest Kitchen Contest Official Rules

SPONSOR: The Photo Contest is sponsored by Showplace Cabinetry Design Center (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to Showplace Cabinetry Design Center and not to Facebook. By participating in this promotion you agree to complete release of Facebook from any claims.

ELIGIBILITY: The Showplace Cabinetry Design Center Scariest Kitchen Contest (“Photo Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the United States, owning a home within Cass & Clay counties, who are at least twenty-one (21) years old. Trustees, board members, employees, interns, or partners of Showplace Cabinetry Design Center, Showplace Cabinetry, Radio FM Media, and Spaulding Stone as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees, are not eligible to enter. Entrant must be the homeowner at the time of entry and the grand prize winner has to own the home in which the kitchen receiving the makeover is located. The entrant’s home must be their primary residence and the home must be a permanent structure.

ENTRY PERIOD: The Photo Contest will accept entries from 12:01am CST on September 30, 2019 to 11:59pm CST on October 18, 2019 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Photo Contest.

Every Contestant, upon entering, will receive a $1,000 voucher towards the purchase of Showplace Cabinetry brand cabinets.  A minimum $10,000 retail pricing purchase is required to take advantage of the voucher.  The voucher is only eligible towards the purchase of Showplace Cabinetry brand cabinets.  $1,000 will be deducted from the retail price of Showplace Cabinetry cabinets.  Voucher has no cash value and is non-transferable.  The $1,000 voucher is only valid on purchases made from November 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020.  No exceptions will be made on the voucher end date.  The $1,000 voucher cannot be combined with any other offer including financing that the Sponsor or Showplace Cabinetry may have to offer.  In addition, it may not be combined with the $15,000 kitchen cabinet and countertop voucher that the grand prize winner will receive.  Prior purchases and quotes do not qualify.

ROUND 1 - VOTING PERIOD: The Finalist Selection voting period is open from 12:01am CST on October 19, 2019 to 11:59pm CST on October 24, 2019 (the “Finalists Selection”) via BOB95fm.com. Five (5) finalists will be selected by public voting via BOB95fm.com. The five (5) finalists will be officially announced live on the Chris, John and Cori Morning Show on 95.1 FM as well as on the Sponsor’s Facebook and Instagram accounts on October 25, 2019. Finalist selection votes submitted before or after the Finalists Selection period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Finalists Selection.

There is a limit of one (1) entry, per valid email address, per day. If multiple entries are received in a day, only the first entry will be accepted and additional entries will be disqualified. Any attempt by you to obtain more than one (1) entry per day by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods may void your entries and you may be disqualified from the Photo Contest.  Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents will void all entries by you.

ROUND 2 - VOTING PERIOD: The Photo Contest winner voting period is open from 9:00am CST on October 25, 2019 to 11:59pm CST on October 30, 2019 (the “Winner Voting Period”) via BOB95fm.com. The winner will be selected by public voting via BOB95fm.com. Votes submitted before or after the Winner Voting Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Photo Contest.

WHAT TO ENTER: To ensure eligibility for the contest, please submit files no larger than 20MB at the time of entry. Entries may originate in any format – including, but not limited to digital files, digital prints, color transparencies, color prints, or black and white prints – so long as they are submitted electronically in one of the following file formats, .jpeg, .jpg, or .png.

Entries must be original, unpublished, and not copyrighted by any third party. Altered, manipulated or electronically enhanced entries, except for cropping, red eye removal and adjustment for color and brightness as set forth above will not be considered. Entry submitted for the Contest shall not have any copyright restrictions and any issue that arises with regard to the Entry’s copyright will be the sole responsibility of the entrant.

Entrant Content must not contain, suggest, depict, or describe any harmful, inappropriate, unlawful, or dangerous behavior, activity, or content.  Entrant Content must not violate federal, state, or local laws, rules or regulations.

Entrant is solely responsible for obtaining the necessary releases from the individuals depicted, and must be able to provide copies of those releases to the Sponsor upon request.

The Sponsor shall determine entry eligibility in its sole and absolute discretion.

HOW TO ENTER: All images must be submitted through the Sponsor’s photo submission application found online at www.BOB95fm.com. including all required fields, including name, address, zip code, email and other information about entrant’s photo submission.

You may enter only once and may not use an agency or automated system to enter. Sponsor reserves the right to reject any additional entries or entries that do not comply with these Official Rules. By entering, you indicate your unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which and final and binding. You cannot win the Grand Prize unless you comply with all requirements in these Official Rules.

PRIVACY AND PUBLICITY: Any information you submit as part of the Photo Contest will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy. The information you provide when you enter is provided to Sponsor, not Facebook. Except where prohibited, you consent to Sponsor’s use of your name in any list of winners (if applicable) and for the promotional purpose in any media without further payment or consideration.

GRAND PRIZE WINNER SELECTION: The winner of the Photo Contest will be the finalist that acquires the most votes during the winner voting period, subject to verification (the “Grand Prize Winner”). In the event of two or more finalists having the same number of votes; the tie-breaker will be based upon the highest score in the finalist selection period set forth above, to break the tie. In the event that a tie still remains, a judge, selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, will judge the tied entries based on the criteria of the extent to which the photo convey the theme of the Photo Contest, spirit and creativity, and scariness of existing cabinets.

ALL DECISIONS OF THE JUDGE AND COMPANY REGARDING THE FINALISTS AND IN REGARD TO ALL MATTERS RELATING TO THE CONTEST (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ELIGIBILITY) SHALL BE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL RESPECTS.

The Sponsor reserves at its sole discretion the right to not award the grand prize or to determine an alternate grand prize winner, in accordance with the official rules, in the event that the grand prize winner has been disqualified, cannot be contacted, or is deemed ineligible for any reason.

GRAND PRIZE WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT: The grand prize winner will be officially announced live on the Chris, John and Cori Morning Show on 95.1 FM as well as on the Sponsor’s Facebook and Instagram accounts on October 31, 2019. In addition, the grand prize winner will be notified via email at the email address provided during the entry period. The grand prize winner must contact the Sponsor, as indicated in the email notification, within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. Failure to respond within the specified time period may result in the potential winner being disqualified.

THE GRAND PRIZE: The grand prize winner, subject to verification, will receive a kitchen cabinet and countertop makeover voucher that is only eligible towards $10,000 in Showplace Cabinetry brand kitchen cabinets and $5,000 towards countertops that are available through Spaulding Stone (“Grand Prize”).  The winner is eligible to deduct $10,000 from the retail price of Showplace Cabinetry brand kitchen cabinets.  The winner is eligible to deduct $5,000 from the retail price of stone or quartz countertop available through Spaulding Stone.  The winner is responsible for any applicable state or federal taxes that may apply.  Winners may exceed the cabinet or countertop allowance but will be responsible for any overage.

Countertop tear out, removal of existing kitchen cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, flooring, decorative hardware, lighting, backsplash tile, sink, faucet, appliances, new cabinetry installation, or any additional remodeling of the winners kitchen space, is not covered or eligible to be used with the grand prize voucher.  Additional costs are the responsibility of the grand prize winner.

The grand prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.

All design work, layout and measurements will be completed by a Showplace Cabinetry Design Center designer after the winner claims their prize.  Kitchen layout and total additional project cost may vary and will be determined after project is measured and inspected by a qualified Showplace Cabinetry Design Center designer.

Cabinets are not available for resale and can only be used at the winner’s primary residence as stated in the entry form.  In addition, the $15,000 grand prize voucher can only be used towards the replacement of kitchen cabinets.  Other rooms such as garage, basement, laundry room, bathrooms, etc. are not eligible.

Installation of the Showplace Cabinetry brand kitchen cabinets is not included.  Cabinets will take 5-6 weeks for delivery after order is placed.

The grand prize $15,000 voucher cannot be combined with any other offer including financing that the Sponsor or Showplace Cabinetry may have to offer.  In addition, it may not be combined with the $1,000 voucher that the contestant receives upon entering into the Photo Contest.

The grand prize winners home must comply with all local and state code requirements.  Winner is responsible for any and all fees associated with the grand prize, including but not limited to, local permit fees and taxes.

PRIZE CLAIMING:  Winner must claim their grand prize by 5:00pm CST on December 1, 2019.  If winner doesn’t claim their prize during the time frame, their prize is forfeited.  Winner must also take delivery of the prize by October 31, 2020.
